Experiência negativa: A few years ago, I took a couple of classes with a senior instructor at your driving school. During these classes, his behavior was inappropriate: he would brush my hand, touch my arm unnecessarily, and even touch my chin, while calling me "menina" This made me feel very uncomfortable, and I doubt he would have behaved the same way with a male student. A friend also mentioned that she stopped attending this driving school years ago due to similar experiences with her instructor, though I’m not sure if it was the same person. When I raised my concern with the reception, they offered me a female instructor but did not seem to acknowledge the abusive behavior I was describing. My request was not about the instructor’s gender, but rather about avoiding inappropriate and sexist behavior. I ask that you review these cases to prevent similar incidents in the future.

David was my driving teacher, amazing guy and an extremely good teacher, he is young and he really loves what he is doing!!! BOM TRABALHO!!!

Experiência fantástica: Fiz a inscrição na escola de condução em Fevereiro de 2023 e hoje dia 01 de Fevereiro de 2024 terminei a carta de condução. Durante esse ano, tive aulas de código e de condução com profissionais excelentes! Quero agradecer às rececionistas Sara, Carolina e Beatriz, foram incríveis e ajudaram-me sempre que fosse possível! Em relação à marcação de aulas seja de condução ou código é muito rápido e eficaz, quase sempre havendo vagas. Os exames de código e condução também com uma disponibilidade breve e sem muito tempo de espera. Por fim, quero agradecer à Instrutora Anabela, uma profissional 5 estrelas. Nem todas as aulas corriam bem mas a instrutora ajudava-me sempre em tudo o que tinha dificuldades e fez com que cada aula que passava, sentir-me mais à vontade a conduzir! Muito obrigado a todos os profissionais/funcionários que estiverem presentes neste percurso de tirar a minha carta de condução. P.s: Estive uns meses fora por isso que demorei quase um ano a tirar a carta mas de certeza que conseguem tirar em menos tempo ;)

Experiência negativa: Worst receptionist and worst customer care! Such a monopoly, shouting at the staffs and customers as well! We went there because it was the nearest location ever! But eventually came to realise it was the worst decision ever. Just to mention the receptionist must be the owner cause I have never seen any staffs so rude! Bad experience.

Experiência positiva: Escola com instrutores e balconistas muito simpáticos e prestáveis, mas como é uma escola com muitos alunos demoram muito tempo a marcar as aulas práticas devido à falta de vagas.

Experiência negativa: I advice not to choose this school if you need a driving liscence with in at least 6 month. You get one classes a week or 2 classes in a month ( practical class ). When you go to do the classes you will forget everything that you have learned before because of the time gap between each classes. -if you do the classes in English there is another school which is less organized but way better it’s somewhere near CNAI in between anjos and intendente . Too many students and only one instructor for English , be careful.
